FIBRA Prime

FIBRA Prime is the first FIBRA registered in Peru, with an initial program approved by the Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV) for a total value of US$ 500 million. We specialize in the acquisition, development, management, and revitalization of real estate properties for leasing, ensuring recurring and sustainable income. By the end of 2024, FIBRA Prime will have a portfolio exceeding US$ 203 million, consisting of 34 multi-tenant real estate assets, including logistics, commercial, and corporate office properties. Together, these assets cover more than 238,000 m² and are backed by 230 active lease agreements, with over 70% of revenues generated in U.S. dollars. Our management stands out for operating under high corporate governance standards, ensuring transparency and trust with our investors. We are regulated by the SMV, audited by EY, and have a 100% independent Investment Committee responsible for investment decisions.
